Staff tools and utility commands
Hydrogen provides staff, admin, developer and management channels; freeze, staff alerts and utility commands.
Utilities include gamemode, feed, clear, day/night, ping, rules, Discord, timed reboot and automatic tips. Some commands include .others permissions for affecting another player's inventory or state.
Freeze persists through a reconnect to the same running server, but it is neither a persistent database punishment nor a cross-server freeze. It clears on shutdown or when disabled.
