Cosmetic tags
Tags are optional chat cosmetics with an in-game selection menu. Players need hydrogen.command.tag to access the menu and hydrogen.tag.<name> to use an individual tag.
Tag-management permissions include hydrogen.command.tag.create, .delete, .prefix and .rename. A selected tag is inserted into chat where the <activeTag> placeholder appears.
