Profile service unavailable
Hydrogen blocks joins until storage is ready. Check the server console for Hydrogen startup failed and confirm selected backend credentials, TLS configuration and connectivity.
Storage migration
Switching storage.type does not copy existing records. Never switch storage in production without backing up and verifying profiles, grants, ranks, tags and punishments.
Staff chat not reaching other servers
Cross-server staff chat requires shared MySQL/MongoDB and Redis enabled with matching channel prefixes. Staff chat remains local when Redis is off.
Changes not applying
Use a full restart for storage, Redis and server.name settings. /hydrogen reload does not apply them.
Unsupported versions
This release requires Paper 26.2 and Java 25. It is not a Spigot 1.8 or Java 8 release.
